What are you looking for?

We take pride in our exceptional customer service, and a major part of that is making sure customers promptly get the answers they’re looking for. We’ve organized the most frequently asked questions below to help with exactly that. If you can’t find the answers you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll be ready to assist you.

What are the payment options?

We have several payment options to accommodate our customers. You can use ideal, credit card, Apple Pay and if you can visit the store you can even pay cash

What are the shipping options?

We ship your order within two (2) workings days after receipt of payment if the product is in stock. In case the product needs to be manufactured, we will inform you accordingly about the estimated time of delivery. You can also pick up your order at the store if the product is in stock.

What is your return policy?

Non damaged products in its original packaging can be returned. Upon inspection in our facilities we will determine whether a refund is appropriate.
